Advanced Filters doesn’t work since version 4/5 (free/pro)

Dear Sir or Madam,

advanced Filters still doesn’t work at all. I wrote you that twice a week ago via support ticket, but no answer till today.
This “Support Ticket” isn’t support in any way.

The post grid pro plugin doesn’t work. I can’t save my settings anymore. If I choose tags and categories (together) as taxonomies and press “save”, everything vanishes. If I only enter data in “tags” then everything is fine, but combining taxs and many categories doesn’t work anymore.
If the only filter is one tag, it is showing all categories automatically, like here: https://k-drama.de/webtoons-comics-online-lesen/
The old grids still work well. The problem only accurs by making a new one. Here is an old grid in action: https://k-drama.de/k-dramen-auf-netflix/ Everything is fine.

Since Version 4/5 (free/pro) The plugin has problems.
It would be great, just to have the possibility to install an older Version till the new one is working well again.

You’ve solved the last problem I’ve posted very well and fast, so thanks for that. It would be nice, if this ploblem also would vanish the next week.
