Advanced Gallery block carousel not moving on mobile

    The Advanced Gallery block carousel does not move on mobile. There are 2 on this page: one right before the hero video, and one further down the page under the “Our Team” button.

    They move on desktop in every browser, just not on mobile browsers (Chrome or Safari). I tried disabling my caching plugin and clearing the cache several times, but that didn’t work. Any suggestions?

    Hi @davidweston,

    I was unable to replicate this issue on my mobile device. The Advanced Gallery block carousel is moving using Chrome browser.

    You can try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Try clearing your mobile browser cache, or try visiting your website in incognito mode.
    2. This might be due to accessibility settings on your device. If you are using an iPhone, go to?Settings > Accessibility > Motion >?Disable Reduce Motion. Turning this option off will allow the slider to move/auto-play. See screenshot for reference:

    3. Try visiting your website on a different browser on your mobile device.
    4. Try using another mobile device to visit the website and let me know if the issue is replicated on it.

    It was the Accessibility settings on my phone. I had “Reduce Motion” turned on. Thank you for your help! I would’ve never thought of that.
