Advanced Heading Block Font Not Rendering Properly on Home page

Determined the source – but still need a resolution. If a second Advanced Heading block with a different font is used on the same page, the chosen fonts do not work.

I have changed the front page to render with just one Advanced Heading font and used regular heading fonts instead. I have created a new page to show the issue. Please use this link instead:

I have tried replicating this on my test instance but everything seems to be working fine on it, Can you please share some After/before screenshots of the page or a screencast video showing the replicating steps so that we can have a close look and help you out?

Would it be possible for you to select both the Headings and export them to send us the JSON file so we can reproduce this on our side too?

Once you’ve selected the blocks, you can click on Otter Icon in the menu and click on Export option, and then send us the json file using Dropbox or any other platform that you use.

Happy to do this, but not seeing an option to export. When the block is chosen, the only options that show are “Show Onboarding Modal”, “Global Defaults”, “Help Us Improve Otter Blocks”. Checked various other areas and settings but did not see an option to export anywhere. If you have more information you can share, I will look elsewhere.

It seems to be working fine for me. Are you using some plugin to optimize CSS or fonts? That could be it in your case as I think the fonts aren’t loading as URLs as Otter adds them but inline CSS.

Let me know if you’re using one and can test after deactivating it.

Here’s the list of active plugins on the site:
Gravity Forms, Siteground Central, Siteground OPtimizer, Otter

Thats it. So none of them are font related – except the Advanced Heading block within Otter.

For testing, could you disable Siteground OPtimizer and try to see if it works?
