Advanced image – Title or subtitle link

Hello, please, give me an advice. I need the title text to contain the same hyperlink as the image. I can’t set it up on advanced image block. if I insert a link directly in the editor where I write the title, the code “<a ..” will appear in the frontend instead of a clickable link. Elsewhere text link cannot be entered. Hyperlink is only in the picture but not in the text layer.
Is there any way to insert a hyperlink directly into the title text or to set the title to have the same link as the image? Or this option is there, but I just can’t see it.
