When I filter products with product filters, the the advanced labels are not always visable or the css style is not loaded.

I use Advanced AJAX Product Filters, also form BeRocket.

Is there a fix for this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

It is strange issue, because shop page with filters do not have labels at all.

First of all try to change shop page to display products always to check is it display labels at all(without filters).

The products that are showed after filtering, have on the “normal” product/categorie page labels.

But on the filtered page only the text of the label. (not the collered background etc.)

If you select the filter then you see the “half” labels, if you follow the link from the first post, you don’t see labels.

    Hello,

I mean this page https://alarmsysteemwebshop.nl/ displayed categories by default and only after filtering display products.
Change it to display products by default to check is it work at all on this page.

I treid this and then it also doesn’t work.

When I try it in the backend Flatsome theme editor, the labels are visable like they should.

But when close the (backend) editor it’s wrong again.

    Hello,

Maybe it is cache related issue.
Please try to clear all the caches on your site and also CDN cache if you have it.

I have no cache on my test environment, there it’s also NOK.

On the backend it works in the theme editor! If you want I can chair the login for the test site in private.

    Then you can see.

I have done some more testing, and the isue is only when you filter on the shop page.

If you filter on a catagorie page then it’s working fine.

I have done this again: First of all try to change shop page to display products always to check is it display labels at all(without filters).

Then the product labels are also NOK, some times only the tekst of the label is viable and sometimes nothing, see the second product: Producten – Test.PaHeDomotica.nl

    Hello,

It can be some incompatibility with other plugin or theme, because if labels not displayed without filters, then it is some other issue.

Try to disable other plugins and change theme to WordPress default.

    Thanks, it’s fixed.

Stuppit from me, I had a plugin to disable plugins on some pages. And I thought the advanced labels where not on my home page.

This is true, except when I there is a filter active ??

    Thanks for the support!
