    Unless the user is logged ind all this data can only be made available on the purchase event.

    Do you have any thoughts on how the data should be made available?

    yes most of the data I will only have after the purchase.

    But I can create a strategy offering a bonus, where the user needs to register on the site to access the bonus (name, phone, email). With this data I can already provide more data to google and facebook.

    After registering, I can also convert first-party cookies and use email submissions on a new visit by that future customer.

    dice can be fired on all events! (remarketing of visited products and etc…)
