Advanced options not showing

Hi,

I recently downloaded this plugin.
In the Comment Form tab I clicked Yes for Advanced Subscription.
For some reason the advanced subscription types are not coming up as options.

These are my only options:
Notify me of new comments via email.
Notify me of new posts via email.

Can you tell me if I need to change something else within the plugin?
