Advanced Page Links To Plugin Needs

I just got Page Links To to work for a particular page “Articles” but

a) do not want the posts to show up on Home – how do I remove it? I am using the iNove theme. If I need to modify the template used for Home, can someone tell me how?

b) I setup a really cool plugin where when I post an article to the Articles page it automatically tweets it ?? but then it also will go out to subscribers. All my subscribers got an email today called “Test” even though when I posted it and tested the feature, I deleted it right away. Ugh! I want them to receive emails about blog posts, but not articles. My blog is marketingroiordie.com.

Help?
