Advanced Permalinks migration broke categories

Hi, I recently used the Advanced Permalinks plugin to migrate my permalink structure from …/year/month/day/postname to …/postname.

The migration worked beautifully, and I’ve been pleased with the results.

My only problem is that now, for some unknown reason, my category archives are now turning up a 404 error. If you go to my site (www.foodrenegade.com) and browse by category, you’ll get a 404 error.

I didn’t change the category permalink structure. It is still set at the default …/category/categoryname.

Could someone please help me find what’s causing this error? Advanced Permalinks is no longer supported by the creator, so any help is appreciated!
