    Hi,

    I was wondering if anyone can help with the plugin mentioned above.

    This plugin allowed me to add text areas for where customers can add notes for engraving items but for some reason when they put the order through the text for the engraving does not get pulled through.

    Would appreciate any help.

    I didn’t realise I did to be honest- I wrote a comment, I had chosen 4 stars at first but doing it on my phone I am guessing I clicked 1. Is there a way to change that?

    Yes, you can delete it. Can you also send us a link to a product showing the issue so we can test?

    I have changed it, I am unable to send that as I had to delete the plugin as customer orders were coming through without the notes.

    Thanks for changing it, that is appreciated.

    If you still want us to check the issue, perhaps you can set up a testsite? In any case, the issue you describe is often due to your theme or an external plugin.

    Our free version does not support “ajax add to cart” which is a technology some themes (or plugins) use to add items to cart without reloading the page. If this is the case, you can always check if you can disable this from your theme settings.
