    Sorry you ran into issues here. I’m not exactly sure which part isn’t loading for you. Can you show me a screenshot of it? Use https://imageshack.us if you need to.

    Also, instead of just switching themes, have you tried a plugin conflict test too?

    I think you should set the standard here whereby you fix the issue with theme conflicts on your plugin as opposed to relying on the wordpress themes which in my case would not work for the site.

    In this particular issue it’s the theme that conflicts with BDP and there are not too many templates that would work for the site that your plugin does not conflict with.

    We will absolutely address any issue we find here–my #1 goal is to make you successful with the plugin here. Since I”m not sure what themes you’re testing with or have access to the site, I need to gather more info. That’s why I asked the questions I asked above.

    By narrowing things down, we can more quickly and efficiently solve the issue here. I tried reproducing this on my site with a standard WP theme and a professional paid theme but didn’t see anything strange, so perhaps I’m not looking at the same thing. That’s why I need to know more…

    If you can provide the answers here, I’m more than happy to take it back to my developer to reproduce!
