Advanced Shipping Tracking – Email Template – Logo issue

    Am using your Free version of the Advanced Shipping Plugin.

    Today decided to tidy up the template for the email and wanted to include Courier’s logo.

    Tried adding a Rectangular logo for the Custom Courier but its not showing up properly — became cropped at both Settings and Preview Template.

    Otherwise at the Settings, it was blurry and “enlarged” till pixelated.

    I managed to reupload a Square version of the logo and its showing correctly at Custom Courier section but the Logo now is not displaying in your preview template (instead the Default empty image placement is there with no Name as well).

    Not sure why now it became like that and my Checkboxes = Display Logo and Name.

    Also previously when I set to have the Tracking # clickable, its now not clickable.

    Any idea what can I do to solve these issues?

    I would suggest using the AST Tracking display customizer, AST has a built-in option to display the shipping provider image.

    Referring to the Template = from your Display customizer — sorry left that out earlier.

    It seems in the Template display — it did not show my Custom courier name and logo….

    With the settings all checked. The logo and name did not appear.

    Would like to show you a screenshot but am unable to attach it here.

    Please see it then you will know what I meant when I said the Preview Template in your Customizer is not working properly as it should somehow.

    Ho, I just checked using a custom provider and it does display in the Tracking display customizer, I could not replicate your issue, please make sure that you upload a correct image to the custom provider and that it displays in your custom providers, then, in the customizer, make sure that under the Table layout Design you choose the “Display shipping provider image”

    Hi.

    I’ve ensured all the relevant settings and image is correct.

    Something just not right, I’m not sure why the 3 issues/format(Logo, name, and Tracking # as link) didn’t show up properly in your Preview.

    Today I just used your plugin and the actual email to customer looks fine.

    I have an order today being shipped out, and just checked the actual email again, logo went missing.

    No choice, have to switch to Simple mode. Can’t use your Table Format.

    Logo doesn’t appear. Only the placeholder appears just like in your Preview.

    Edit :

    I removed the old Custom Shipper, and added back the Same one with the same Image but scaled down to 200px (previously was 400px) — Preview section works now.

    Lets see if the Actual mail next time will show the logo.

    What is the optimum image size, we should use?

    Hi, please update the plugin to V3.0 and sync the shipping providers list, let me know if you get the image issue after that
