Advanced Stats Error

I tried installing DElyMyt’s advanced stats and when I try to activate the plugin I get this error
Sorry, you need to enable sending referrers, for this feature to work
I scoured the Admin panel looking for the option to enable referrers but can’t find it.
Assistance please.
