    Hi,

    I’ve been using EA Addons for some time now, and it’s working perfectly for my needs. However, in the new website I created, the advanced tabs works well to navigate from main menu (Top) to a specific tab either from another page or the same page. Nevertheless, the anchor link navigation makes the tabs and its content get stucked behind the sticky header, even though I followed the documentation from this link https://essential-addons.com/docs/open-a-specific-tab/, the issue persists. Could you please take a look at my website https://deepskyblue-pelican-809221.hostingersite.com/competencias/ and advice? I looked through the forum and try different solutions from google without luck.

    Steps to replicate the issue:

    1. Hover on “Fabricación digital” link and click on “FDM” or “ttulo-de-la-pestaa-3” to navigate to EA advanced tabs
    2. See how content is behind sticky header

    Any help is appreacited, thanks in advance.

    Regarding your query, I would like to suggest you to set custom ID offset with the height of your sticky header so that once you click on the anchor links it starts from below your sticky header. For reference please check this screenshot – https://d.pr/i/ieBefT

    Thanks for your reply @nayeem-ul-islam-nipun. It’s weird, because I already set that value and nothing changed, the tabs are still behind the sticky menu.

    I checked your screenshot and it seems the Custom ID Offset is still set to 0. I would like to suggest you set it to 150 and check how it goes. Please let me know.

    Sorry wrong screenshot. I modified the value and same problem. Screenshot 2 shows the outcome, it’s important to mentioned I tried values from 150-500 and the issue remains.

    Regarding your query, really sorry for the inconvenience. I have checked the issue again and it seems you are using the custom ID option on the same page and as a browser default behavior, the offset is not working on the same page. If you check the URL directly you will find that the offset is working. Please check this URL directly from here.

    I have already informed our Dev Team to look into this and hope they will find a better way to handle this. Don’t worry, I will notify you the update.

    Regarding your query, I am delighted to let you know that our Dev Team has fixed the EA Advanced Tabs custom ID offset issue that you mentioned is a dev version of our plugin.
