    I use the item called Advanced Tabs but it doesn’t work well. When I add information within each tab it seems to save it but hours later the content of the tabs disappears and only the images remain.

I have visited the page that you shared but I didn’t find any Advanced Tabs widget from Essential Addons for Elementor plugin on that page. Will you please provide the URL of the page where you are using the Advanced Tabs widget and facing this issue so that I can check and assist you?

    However, I can see that there are several console errors on that page. Will you please check for the plugin conflict by checking the following steps:

    Make a backup of your website: Before making any changes to your website, it is essential to make a backup of your site. This will allow you to restore your website to its original state if anything goes wrong during the testing process.

    Plugin conflict check: Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict is to deactivate all the plugins except Elementor, Essential Addons for Elementor. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard navigate to wp-admin => Plugins, and then deactivate other plugins.

    After deactivating all plugins, check if the issue still persists. If the issue goes away, then a plugin conflict is likely.

    Enable plugins one by one: Reactivate your plugins one by one, checking the website after each activation to see if the issue reappears. This will help you identify the plugins causing the conflict.

    Please test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.

    Using this plugin involves the same steps that I have already mentioned above.

    Besides, you can switch to a different theme like Hello Elementor, Flexia, or Twenty Twenty Three. and check back as well.
