Advanced Theme Options

I created a Theme Option panel at the top-level of the admin menu. Under this, I want to create sub-menu’s and have done so but can not get the forms in this area to work with my wordpress theme. Any ideas on how to make this work correctly? Am I missing something? I have my function pulling this file in as well as my main ‘top-level’ menu. Thanks for any links / help!
