advertisement management

I’m looking for a widget/plugin that will allow me to manage/post images (linked to other websites) in the main body of a post/page. This should follow some time of format for example something like this:

image1 image2 image3 image4 image5 image6
image7 image8 image9 image0 imageA imageB
imageC imageD imageE
