Advertisements in background

I am wanting to add advertisements in the background area of my sites that are clickable and I can change on a periodic basis. If you visit this site: https://www.wrestlezone.com you’ll see that the background is an advertisement (as of right now, it links to Speedtv for a new show)

Is there a plugin or something that I can use to achieve that effect?
