Advertising outside USA

    Why is it so difficult to add advertising if you live outside USA?
    Print 3 different forms, fill, scan and send by email first, and then send it to a physical address in the USA.
    It seems that what is to be achieved is to discourage the insertion of advertising if you do not live in usa.
    I have never known any other program “ads” where this occurs.
    I hope that gets fixed for the future.

    @baldruus — We require both US and non-US residents to fill out tax forms before we can start featuring ads on your site. All payments to nRelate Partners are made by Mindspark Interactive Network Inc., an IAC Company. We are based in the US and our policies are in compliance with the IRS.

    For International (outside of USA) publishers, the following forms are to be completed by the Publisher —

    (1) Form W-8BEN: purpose of this form is to document that you are a foreign person vs. a US Citizen or US resident alien. The form is good for 3 calendar years from the date you sign.
    (2) Supplier Maintenance and Intake Form: To specify payment method for domestic or international locations (check by mail, ACH or wire transfer).
    (3) Statement of Location: Purpose of this certification is to determine if the Services you provided were in any way performed in United States or connected with a United States Branch.
