Advertising popups at the first time page is loaded

When clicking on a random link an advertising popup shows up, which happens once every time the page is loaded.
I have already figured out, that webpage theme causes it.
But i really like that theme, so maybe you guys have any suggestions or hints, what and where i should look for in the source code.
