    It seems that we can’t get the Ad Manager account connected correctly.
    There is nothing listed under “Connection” and under Advertise there is a different ad account that looks to be listed.

    With a different ad account listed, it might be ‘seeing’ a separate account. Double check your account connected under Marketing > Facebook and ensure it is the correct account there. If it is, try to disconnect it, and delete the Manager on Facebook’s side then try to reconnect – it should connect the correct account.

    If there was a manager already existing on Facebook’s side it is very possible it tried to link that to your site and thus the different account is listed.

    We did check all other settings and they are correct. The plugin fails to show the Ad account on either of our websites but all other data is correct.
    I can try to re connect again

    I have done the re connection and it seems that there is no point in the process that mentions the Ad account.
    We have one Business manager with two Ad accounts.
    Could be we need to create a new Business Manager account?

    Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    It will be great if you can also please include your System Status Report.

    You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it into your message.

    If possible please also include a screenshot from your site’s Facebook settings under Marketing > Facebook > Connection so we can see what is currently showing as connected to Facebook.

    We will be able to help you further there.
