The player should always have a visible volume control unless it is disabled in the player setting page in the Brid CMS. Please provide a demo URL we can look at to investigate further.
Rewinding a video depends on what video you are serving through the Brid player. If you use a direct URL to a video MP4 file in the Brid Flash player, the player will use progressive download to playback the video file in question. This standard unfortunately has a limitation in which you cannot seek anywhere on the timeline unless the video is buffered.
Any other type like YouTube or any other streaming file should work flawlessly and you should be able to seek anywhere on the timeline without the need to wait for the video to buffer.
If a pre roll is linkable or not solely depends on how the pre roll is set from your advertising partner. Again, we would need a demo link so we can investigate further.
