Advice Needed: Giantbomb.com Style Subsites/Minisites

  • I’m currently re-vamping my WordPress theme for my podcast network, and I need a little advice on the back-end layout.

    I want to have every show have a subsection for its Podcasts, Blogs, Forums, Images, etc. etc. – so it should look like:

    Site
    -Show 1
    — Podcast
    — Blog
    — Images
    -Show 2
    — Podcast
    — Blog
    — Images

    This layout is really inspired by how Giantbomb.com lays out their site.
    My main question is – what would be the best way to achieve something like this?

    I’ve played around with some Custom Post Types, and I can probably do some Category Templates – though I’m not so sure what would be the most ideal, and what would be scalable as we add new shows in the future.

    Any suggestions?
