Advice on a simple plugin to redirect to external sites

  • I am looking for a simple plugin to manage redirects to an external site.

    I manage this site:
    https://www.mycake.org

    We have an external site to it which offers book keeping software. We are doing some deals with partner organisations, so we are creating bespoke branded registration pages on the external site. These have ugly long URLs with ASP code in. We want to create simple short URLs such as:

    https://www.mycake.org/parnername/

    Can you advice a nice simple plugin to do these redirects?
    There seem to be a sea of different plugins, which offer lots of different functionality so I’m a bit confused what the best solution for this simple task is. Or would you do it in a different way on the server?
