Advice on Plugin To Use

Hello, I was hoping someone could give me some advice/recommendation on a plugin to use. I have a friend that asked me to help with their website. They rent electric scooters and other items for vacationers. They want to be able to accept reservations on their website and specify the exact item/model and also would like to be able to get credit card information, but not charge it. They just want to capture the information and then they prefer to manually process the order. I explained to them we would need to secure the site since we are capturing credit card information and they are fine with that and understand. I’ve found plenty of plugins for accomodations, but nothing to help with this. Does anyone know of any plugin that would accomplish what they are looking to do?
