Advice please menus + pages

On my site I have some content and whenever I want to add more content I create the page then link it to a heading in one of the menus. With a lot more content I am wanting to add I wanted to know if there was some sort of plugin I could use to have everything in one place rather than creating tons of pages.

I originally looked at the Encyclopedia plugin, but some of the pages have images and a lot of text, so that plugin would benefit. If you’ve an idea of a plugin that may help my situation, please could you let me know.

My main purpose is to try and keep all the content in one section rather than spread out across multiple pages.
