Advice please on which Contact Form to use

Hi,

I’ve got a site where i need to add a button underneath a company listing which opens an enquiry form for the customer to request a callback from that company.

Thing is, i need that x 100 companies, and each form needs to have different details in it such as subject, where a copy of the email goes to etc.

Does anyone know of a plugin that works? I’ve tried contact form 7 but that doesnt seem to let me add a button, but rather displays the form directly into the page.
