Adwit express stuck on step 4… PLease help??

    I am attempting to use Adwit Express. I am really stuck on step 4, “Copy/paste the script to the location on your page where you want to display (eg: header ad spot).” I am presented with 5 options JAVA SCRIPT CODE, IFRAME CODE, FACEBOOK CODE, WORDPRESS IN A POST OR PAGE, WORDPRESS IN A THEME. My question is which one do I use. I am thinking “WORDPRESS IN A THEME.” Would this be correct. I am using the theme, TECHOZOIC, I am planning to use the Right header widgets, 5 areas in the right widget, and 3 areas in the footer widgets.

    i would appreciate any help anyone can offer.
