My website has been banned for Adwords promotion several times in the past few weeks because Google is detecting malware in the Time.ly Calendar plugin. Specifically a css file in one of the themes. I’ve downloaded and installed fresh copies of the plugin and resubmitted the site for review serval times. After initially reinstating our AdWords account, the site is banned shortly after for the same files detected as malware. The css file in the Vortex theme is pointed out as the culprit “ai1ec_parsed_css.css” each time.

I’ve scanned the site with several malware scanners, and the site comes up clean each time. Has this been a problem for any other users?

  • Hi @srhom,

The only issues reported were with customers using a caching plugin, which was conflicting with that particular calendar theme. There are no reports of the css file being detected as malware. Please make sure to update to the latest version of the calendar plugin, as well as the latest version of WordPress.
