Adwords blocked

Hello all,
I found below link in my website and because of this my adwords are disapproved by google.[ redacted ]
I found link in cache folder. I deleted it and still getting same issue… it will generate again and again… i am thankful if any one help me out in this..
Because of this my ad-words are disapproved by google.
