Hi Bianca,

1) Create GTM trigger like this: https://prntscr.com/9mbkg1
2) Create GTM variable like this: https://prntscr.com/9mbkq9 N.B. You dont need to set a default value if you dont want to, but if you do, use something relevant to the products you’re selling.
3) Create GTM tag like this: https://prntscr.com/9mbl6n. You should set the conversion value to the variable you just created in step 2, and the ‘fire on’ to the trigger you created in step 1.

However, I’m not sure transactionTotal exists in the dataLayer. I couldn’t find it anyway.

So I’ve changed the variable to ‘ecommerce.purchase.actionField.revenue’ which seemed to work.

Could you confirm this is correct please Tom?

If you enabled enhanced ecommerce in plugins’ settings, using a data layer variable to read ecommerce.purchase.actionField.revenue should do the job to pass conversion value to an AdWords tag.
