Adwords showing ‘Repeat Rate’ but not ‘Conversion’

We have set up your plugin and added in our Conversion tracking details.
But for some reason we are getting ‘Repeat Rate’ but not ‘Conversion’ see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/1TdZUXYWWevY
