When the 2FA is set to Disabled for a role in Wordfence > Login Security > Settings > 2FA Roles, the 2FA information will be hidden from the user’s Profile. The only role you cannot disable this for is the Administrator role. There currently is no way to hide the Wordfence 2FA options in the Profile for Administrators.
We’re always happy to look into the feasibility of changing or adding features based on customer feedback, so I’ve linked this topic to the team for further discussion internally. Unfortunately I can’t provide progress reports or potential release schedules here on the forums.
If you need to deactivate Wordfence 2FA for any Administrator, you can do so in that user’s Profile in the Wordfence Login Security section by clicking Manage 2FA > Deactivate.
