Affect Page Speed?

    Hello,

    My host (siteground) recommended this plugin. My question is, does this affect the speed of the site for users (frontend) at all?

    It can, but most of the time it won’t. What it does help with is the server side of things to keep resources low. If your resources are spiking, it will help performance across the board.
