Affecting Site Logo in Header

Hi There, love the plugin and am using it throughout my site. But its having an impact on my site logo in the header – which is and should be linked back to the site homepage.
In pages where I am using the plugin, the plugin tries to open the logo image in a content box, rather than permit the navigation back to the homepage.

Can you tell me how to stop this conflict?
