Affiliate BUY button with mouseover text

    Woocommerce is great plugin. I have few products that set to ‘Affiliate/External’, so far so good. But I want to add a mouseover text to say something like “redirect to global site” when customer mouseover the BUY button. Does anyone have idea how to do it? Demo url:
