Affiliate commission total Not Visible on Order After Editing

I am having a dilemma with Vendors editing an order that was marked under an affiliate reference. At first the commission is shown in the first view of the order, but once the vendor edits it – the Affiliate Commission disappears.

To recreate (WCFM Ultimate):
1. Create Affiliate and approve
2. Create Vendor by affiliation link
3. Create standard product (listed under vendor)
4. manually place guest order on product via vendor panel
5. Check if affiliate commision is there? (But affiliate can see new order commission)
6. Have vendor try edit the order, then save and view order
#Affiliate Commission ( in the sub-total/gross total area) disappears on the order. And cannot be seen on affilate side – as if order wasn’t affiliated?

Subtotal: $90.91
Tax: $9.09
Gross Total: $100.00
Gross Earning: $90.91
#missing# Affiliate Commission: -4.55
Total Earning: $90.91
Admin Fee: $9.09

Big issue and may cause finance issues.

Also, feature request – If the admin could have manual ability to link an affiliate to an order and vendor, would be great!
