Affiliate control system for external links

Hi,

I am looking to run an affiliate network on external links.

I would like to direct clients with relevant websites to register in an affiliate network system.
My site will actually promote links that refer to those external sites (like a shopping engine).

I would need external websites to register and provide a relevant link they would like me to market.

I would need the ability to show them analytics of how many clicks they had on the external link from my site to theirs.

Any help for a good solution will be grateful.
