• Hi Support Team,

    I have just installed the plugin and for some reason I seem to not be able to select the tabs or navigation on desktop. It works on mobile but only shows the tab names and then an oddly placed text link with “link” above the first tab.

    Please see screenshots – 1 Screen 1

    – 2 Screen 2

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    we hope you’re doing well!

    We have registered on your site under the domain yithemes.com. We will be waiting for you to approve us as affiliates to see in more detail what happens.

    The link text that seems to appear on the top left of the widget seems to be coming from here – see screen Screen 3

    You will also notice that on the dashboard you arent able to create links or select anything either.

    Hello there,
    sorry for the delay!

    We have entered your site and we see what you comment. Reviewing the HTML and the rules applied to that element, it seems that your theme is applying styles precisely to the “Link” column and this is why the problem occurs.

    In order to fix it, add the following CSS code in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

    .yith-wcaf-dashboard .column-link {
        position: inherit !important;
        top: inherit !important;
        left: inherit !important;
        width: inherit !important;
        height: inherit !important;
        z-index: inherit !important;
    }

    Check it out and tell us if it works well for you, please.

    Best regards.

    Hi @juaancmendez the Added CSS Fixed the display issue, however, When an affiliate registers and is accepted, it doesn’t seem to show the commission rate on the admin side.

    Hello there,

    For some reason we cannot see the image you have sent. Could you check it, please?

    This happened to you before entering the CSS? It’s strange.

    We will be attentive to your response.

    Best regards.

    Hi @juaancmendez please try viewing here.

    I noticed that if I go into the user once registered on the back-end that it then changes the N/A to the 5% as it should be, however, should this not be happening automatically upon an affiliates registration?

    Hello there,

    Now we can see the images, thanks.

    If we have not misunderstood, you say that in the table of the affiliates in the backend their rates appear as N/A, but in their affiliate dashboard (frontend) if their rate appears correctly?

    We will be attentive to your response.

    Best regards.

    Hi @juaancmendez

    The other way around.

    It shows N/A in affiliates Dashboard.

    It only shows the 5% when I go into the Admin side and manually update the user, once updated then only does it show the 5% on the Dashboard.

    So what you said, but, just the other way around, basically.

    Hello there,

    This is strange. Can we update the plugin to the latest version and tell me if this solves the problem? Version 2.6.0 has recently come out.

    We will be attentive to your response.

    Best regards.
