Affiliate is not supposed to confirm their payment terms

    My affiliate fails at the point where the affiliate is supposed to confirm their payment terms, they always get “Error! Nonce Security Check Failed! Please submit your payment details again.” I feel helpless. In backend i have accepted them but WP Affiliate Manager says they didn`t accept the conditions. But they are not able to.

    Hi, do you have a cache plugin running in your site? Also, do you have the following feature Enable Nonce Check During Affiliate Registration active in the plugins admin settings? This is located under Affiliates -> Settings -> Advanced Settings.

    Hi, i guess i don′t have a cache plugin running in the site.

    Yes, i have the feature Enable Nonce Check During Affiliate Registration. When I activate it, I still get the same error message. When it′s disabled I stay on the page where I should confirm the payment method, it′s just loading again to select the payment.

    Does disabling the option fixes your issue?

    No, unfortunately the problem is not solved. The choice of payment method is not confirmed but the page keeps reloading and I cannot exit this step.

    I think I found the problem. WPML also runs on the site. If I deactivate WPML, the customer can confirm the payment method and is activated.

    That is great to know. Unfortunately we don’t have an integration with WPML plugin.
