Affiliate program for non-ecommerce website?

Hi all,

I have a website which posts articles on sports. I am looking for an affiliate program plugin where I can manage my affiliates, track their views and also track their clicks on Google Ads. Does anyone know of a plugin which does this?

I have 15 social networking accounts which are waiting to join my affiliate program and they will be paid 50% of the ad revenue their tweets/posts generate. I need a plugin which will give them a unique code/URL Parameter to add to the end of any URL for any article on the site. I need the plugin to track their views, but more importantly, their Google AdSense clicks, so it needs to be AdSense compatible.

Paid and free plugins are fine with me, please suggest any you think are close to what I’m looking for.
