Affiliate / Referral Tracking

    Hi,

    I’ve been scratching my head trying to get the following set up.

    1. Affiliates send traffic to my website. I would like to track it using a referral code.

    2. I’d like to use the same referral code in my signup link to track how many people signed up from that affiliate. My registration portal is hosted on another server.

    Example:

    Affiliate to my website ->
    https://www.mysite.com/?affiliateId=ABCD

    Website to Portal ->
    https://portal.mysite.com/?affiliateId=ABCD

    Any ideas how I can do this? Any plugin which can help me do this to any custom coding?

    Any pointers are appreciated.
