Affiliate sale does not show up and no support at all

This is the first time ever for me to give a 1 star review to a plugin. This plugin does not work for me (there is a notification for my new affiliate sale, but in the list, it says No results found, so I dont know who has reffered the sale). Also, the team behind the plugin is completelly ignoring this forum (and their potencial paying customers).
