Affiliate Sales Not Reflecting

    Hello, we launched an affiliate program for our products but it seems that the sales, referrals and conversions made by our partners/affiliates are not reflecting on their respective dashboards. Please we’d like to know if this is something we need to upgrade for or something we can fix in no time.

    Hi,

    If the sales/referrals are not showing on their dashboards, it may be that the order statuses are not set to a status that you have selected to show on the dashboard in the settings.     Thanks for the update Elliot, we tried what you recommended but it didn’t resolve the issue.

    The weird part is that all completed orders from an affiliate oddly get canceled out of nowhere, for no reason, even after payment has been made, processed, and received.

    Moreover, if we try to filter the order status to a particular value aside from ‘canceled’, we get a critical error message, and that’s even after we’ve selected all order statuses in the settings just as you’ve prescribed.

    In essence, what you recommended isn’t working and we’d love to get past this as soon as possible. What else can we do? Thank you.
