Hi,
I am looking for a plugin to start affiliate program. Here is the scenerio, which describes what I try to achieve:“John is a current client. He has an account, he buys products. He has a friend, Mark. He wants to recommend him products and gives him affiliate link. By clicking on this link, Mark has a x% discount on the purchase. If Mark will made a purchase, then John also will receive a discount.”
If you know any solution for that, please let me know.

You can find a plugin to fits your needs, there are alternatives, premium, and free plugins that might help you out with Affiliates.
For example to create coupons for affiliates, i.e. for you to track affiliate commission via WooCommerce discount codes or coupons:
