Affiliate Tracking not working

Im currently using the yith affiliates free version but it is not working properly. the plugin is installed on the main site (checkout.advancedshippingmanager.com) and is being redirected to (advancedshippingmanager.com) any link that is being generated by yith only tracks the customer if they land on checkout.advancedshippingmanager.com. is there some way to make this work?
