Affiliate Tracking not working

    Having trouble tracking on alternate url. the plugin is installed on the main site (checkout.advancedshippingmanager.com) and is being redirected to (advancedshippingmanager.com) any link that is being generated by this plugin only tracks the customer if they land on checkout.advancedshippingmanager.com. is there some way to make this work?

    Is this a multisite setup or two different sites with one on the subdomain?

    Hello Kento, this is not a multisite setup.

    The main site is located at checkout.advancedshippingmanager.com and advancedshippingmanager.com is pulling the data from checkout.advancedshippingmanager.com using an .htaccess redirect and a php script that pulls it.
