Affiliates & Contact Form 7?

    I’m experimenting with the Affiliates Plugin. I have already had Contact Form 7 installed, and then installed Contact Form 7 integration.

    I’m trying a demo, and using /?affiliates=2 for the url. I submit my test data into the form, and it comes through to my email…except it doesn’t have anything stating that this email form was from “affiliates=2.” I’ve tried a few different things.

    Under Contact Form 7 Integration Settings, under the Affiliates Plugin section, I put in “Included form ids: 2.” after leaving it blank did not include the affiliate id.

    Do I need to, under the Contact Plugin section, add something to either the Form tab, or Mail tab? Something for the affiliate ID?

    How can I have the submitted form data include which affiliate’s link a customer came from?
