Let me explain the situation point by point:
1) If you see double layers of lightbox that means you have inserted an embed code of the same popup 2 times and the popup opens on another one.
2) By default, the popup is setup to show on all pages (we make it this way as many customers consider that the popup should open right after the installation) and that’s why you see the embed code site wide. But this is not an issue, you can select the pages/posts where you want to show popup and we will include the scripts only for that particular page/post. 3) We will consider adding shortcode as well.
4) The branding/logo helps us to spread our service to the world and this option can be turned off if you subscribe to one of our packages.
5) Popup Maker is a service which can be used on any platform and that’s why we ask a user to register and use an API key to connect the plugin to our service. This is a very common use case for other services as well as MailChimp, etc.
