After 2.3 update, all Teams data gone

Just like the person in Dec. 2023, this latest 2.3 update deactivated the plugin and deleted ALL of our teams data. Why have you failed to resolve this problem?! I assume we now have to start it again from scratch – unless there’s a fix?
